What to Expect at the EALS Fall Fundraiser

Finish this statement with all that apply: "I love ______"

☐ Innovative D.C. musicians

☐ Thought-provoking art

☐ Bottomless drinks and food

☐ Mixing with creative people

☐ The thrills of a silent auction

☐ Supporting emerging arts leaders

If you checked any or all of the above, the EALS Fall Fundraiser this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the American University Museum is definitely for you!

What's going to be at the Fall Fundraiser this year? We're glad you asked...

The night will kick off with a fantastic set by FootsXColes, a local D.C. favorite whose goal is to push the envelope in all things music. Foots (drummer, singer, songwriter) and Coles (producer, pianist, singer) collaborate to create spacey soul music with futuristic sounds and vivid lyrics. We know you’ll enjoy listening (and dancing) to their refreshing take on alternative R&B.

You’ll also get a chance to experience the excellent art exhibits displayed at the American University Museum, which currently features works by artists Jim Sanborn, Robert D’Arista, Emilie Brzezinski, and Dalya Luttwak. Don’t miss your chance to witness these beautiful and fascinating exhibits!

The highlight of the event is our silent auction, full of fun and exciting offerings donated by generous local organizations. Who doesn’t love the drama and fun of silent auctions?!

And finally, you'll get to end your evening by being one of the first to learn about the next Emerging Arts Leaders Symposium! We'll be announcing the date and theme for our 2019 Symposium at the end of the night, as a special thank you to our friends and supporters (that's you!) who make EALS possible.

You won’t want to miss this opportunity to score some great auction items and get to know DC arts and culture leaders in our community. Enjoy the open bar (score!), yummy snacks, good conversation, and live music while supporting the emerging arts leaders in your community!

$20 in advance
