The Emerging Arts Leaders Symposium (EALS) gives students and young professionals in the arts a chance to engage in dynamic discussion with peers and experienced leaders about the issues, unique or universal, that affect arts organizations. The symposium is planned, organized, and executed by graduate students in the American University Arts Management Program.
