Executive Committee Application
We're looking for new AU Arts Management students to join the EALS Executive Committee! EALS has a select number of positions* open for the 2023-2024 school year. To apply, please complete this application form and email an updated resume to email@example.com by 5:00pm on Friday, September 8th.
Interviews will be held later in September in the Katzen Arts Center beginning at 8:15pm.
Marketing & Communications Coordinators:
Works with the Marketing & Communications Director in determining and implementing communications and outreach strategies, including creating social media plans, to ensure high awareness of EALS programs. Creates and publishes original content to social media accounts and helps manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn feeds. Provides day-of-event coverage for all social media accounts. Assists Director of Communications & Marketing with implementing campaign communications plans. Reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
Finance & Development Coordinators:
Serves as the main liaison between the EALS committee and the University. Manages all on-campus interactions with the GSC and GLC. Assists in tracking financial spending, alumni and donor relations, and handling symposium contracts. Helps to ensure all financial deadlines are met in preparation for all EALS events. Reports to the Director of Finance and the Director of Development.
Programming & Logistics Coordinators:
Helps organize logistics for all EALS events, including the Fall Fundraiser, symposium, and other networking events. Works alongside the Director of Programming & Logistics to create detailed logistics plans; helps trouble-shoot and crisis management during events; and serves as one of the on-site leads for logistics at events. Reports to the Director of Programming & Logistics.
